Led a team of over 50 in the communication and public participation directorate of the Gauteng Provincial Legislature. Mobilized public participation in public hearings and petitions, managed the media and social media functions, organized mega events, and managed the brand and image of the Legislature. Also served as the spokesperson for the organization.

Drafted and developed three book concepts for high net worth individuals as accompaniments to their public tours and appearances. Involved concept proofing, research, fact checking, rewriting sections, liaising with clients, editing and proofreading, and coordinating cover design.

Provided strategic and functional corporate communication services to a division of 800 professionals. Managed stakeholder relations, media and external relations, advised leadership on communication and stakeholder management issues, and designed communication and change management interventions.

Also managed the communication department and handled media liaison.
