Drafted and developed three book concepts for high net worth individuals as accompaniments to their public tours and appearances. Involved concept proofing, research, fact checking, rewriting sections, liaising with clients, editing and proofreading, and coordinating cover design.

Led a team of over 50 in the communication and public participation directorate of the Gauteng Provincial Legislature. Mobilized public participation in public hearings and petitions, managed the media and social media functions, organized mega events, and managed the brand and image of the Legislature.
