What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can deliver Level 2/3 support for enterprise cloud and on-prem systems, strengthen endpoint security, and troubleshoot networking and Windows environments with clear, customer-focused communication.

I’m an experienced IT professional with 3+ years supporting enterprise IT environments, combining strong customer service with hands-on troubleshooting. I’m Azure certified (AZ-900, AZ-500, SC-900) and focus on reliable systems support across cloud and on-premises.

In my recent role as a Systems Support & Security Engineer, I provided Level 2/3 support and administered Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, MFA, and RBAC. I supported Intune, Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint Online, while resolving DNS/DHCP/VPN and LAN/WAN issues through careful analysis of Windows devices and network components.
