I’m a customer-focused professional with a background that includes Microbiology (University of Port Harcourt) and hands-on experience as a Laboratory Assistant during my industrial placement, where I supported the lead laboratory technician and built strong problem-solving habits. I also bring administrative capability, writing, and multilingual communication (English, Igbo, Portuguese, Spanish), which helps me connect with diverse teams and customers.

Across my roles in logistics and service operations, I’ve handled customer requests, resolved complaints, and followed up on existing customers. I worked as a Customer service representative/Inventory Supervisor at Korrect Logistics, and later as a Regional manager—tasked with supervising general work procedures and ensuring successful work progress. Most recently, I’ve served as a customer service representative at Ibom Air, processing passenger check-in, ensuring safety protocols, resolving ticket-related issues, and managing new reservations.
