I'm looking for a customer support or back-office role where I can use clear communication, empathy, problem solving, and experience with live chat, ticket handling, and operational processes.

I'm supporting iGaming players through live chat, Jira, and Helpdesk, resolving issues with empathy, positive communication, and consistent quality KPI delivery.
