I’m a Commercial Operations Specialist focused on turning complex commercial workflows into reliable, compliant execution. From re-orientation through my recent roles, I’ve taken a close look at my end-to-end Business Operations experience, then strengthened my ability to support data consolidation and reporting with SQL and Python (Pandas)—including automated workflows for periodic analysis.

In practice, I’ve owned order fulfillment and credit controls for global customers, managing PO lifecycle, credit verification, and overdue status to accelerate AR collection and strengthen financial risk control. I’ve also built operational visibility by compiling inventory reports, synchronizing logistics data with agents, and creating dashboards for real-time shipment tracking and issue resolution. Earlier, as a commercial liaison for international projects in Senegal, I managed stakeholder coordination, governed accounts payable via three-way matching (PO, goods receipt, invoice), resolved vendor invoice discrepancies, and supported finance-business integration and process standardization—always with a clear emphasis on accuracy, governance, and continuous improvement.
