At Cats Hostels Porto, I handled guest check-ins and check-outs, managed reservations through Booking and Hostelworld, and provided tourist information.

At Mamma Bella Porto, I served customers, opened and closed the cash register, and handled assigned tasks including inventory and receiving purchase orders from vendors.

From 2018 to 2022, I ran a virtual store, managing sales and creating content and social media posts.

I’m a social communication graduate who enjoys learning and exploring three languages. I aim to add value to each project and keep developing my language and creative skills.
