What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead a team, manage daily operations, handle POS sales and cash/card payments, and provide friendly customer service in a fast-paced environment.

I’m a customer-focused Manager/Shift Lead with experience managing operations in fast-paced entertainment and retail environments. I ensure smooth operations by leading teams and maintaining clean, well-run spaces.

At Indigo Play, I managed a team of 10+ people to ensure smooth operations on busy weekends. I hosted birthday parties for 40+ guests—assisting guests, offering help, and making sure everyone stayed comfortable while keeping the café/party areas clean.

I also maintain weekly inventory for items in the café/kitchen, keeping service reliable and stocked. Previously at Daiso, I handled POS sales and cash/card payments with 20+ items or more, supported weekend shipments, and managed back stock when needed.

On the operational side, I reorganized shelving and hooks for promotions and kept the floor presentation in good shape. Outside of work, I completed a High School Diploma and I’m currently studying Radio, TV, Film at Austin Community College.
