What I'm looking for

I want a role at the intersection of payments risk and applied AI, building AI agent workflows that make fraud and dispute operations faster and more accurate. I value remote, collaborative teams with clear standards and the freedom to own problems end to end, and I want to keep growing in applied AI and prompt design.

I'm a Payments Risk Operations Specialist with four years across the full payment risk lifecycle, and I've increasingly moved into applied AI. At Lithic, I design and build AI agent workflows that automate our end-to-end chargeback and dispute process, covering evidence classification, case-strength scoring, and structured output.

A lot of that work is writing. I refine the system prompts and reusable AI skills behind these agents, embedding PII-handling guardrails and network-specific reason-code logic so the outputs stay accurate and consistent. I also co-founded a recurring working session focused on finding and prototyping new automation opportunities for the team.

That AI work sits on a deep disputes foundation. I manage high-volume chargebacks, representments, and arbitrations across Visa, Mastercard, and Discover, enforce controls through merchant due diligence and BSA/AML monitoring, and have served as an SME on network and federal regulations including Regulation E and Regulation Z.

What interests me most is the intersection of clear writing and AI: crafting the language and structure that teach a model to reason and respond accurately. I'm drawn to work where domain expertise and applied AI move together.
