I'm looking to continue building relationship-driven recruiting partnerships, leading full-cycle searches, and helping clients hire specialized construction and engineering talent.

I founded Visionary Hires, a relationship-driven recruiting firm serving residential and retail construction, civil engineering, and ground-up construction projects nationwide. I lead full-cycle searches, build executive and hiring-manager partnerships, and recruit Project Managers, Superintendents, Project Engineers, and Estimators.

I've built books of business and closed hires across construction, engineering, software, cybersecurity, finance, and high-volume staffing. At CyberCoders, I brought in 23 clients and made 13 direct hires; at CyberSN, I placed 18 candidates with 10 clients.
