I've advised engineering, project, and operational leaders at Alstom and the Toronto Transit Commission on workforce requirements, role design, talent-market realities, and hiring risks. At Alstom, I solved a 164-day Installation Engineering Specialist vacancy by aligning stakeholders and recalibrating the search approach.

At the TTC, I supported workforce decisions across Special Constables, Fare Inspectors, Transit Operators, and corporate portfolios in a highly unionized public-sector environment. I redesigned recruiting workflows through virtual interviewing, standardized guides, SOPs, and templates, managed 250+ interviews in approximately 2.5 weeks and 55+ offers, and rebuilt stakeholder confidence through responsive, evidence-based service.

I've also delivered a national student recruitment program at GWL Realty Advisors that hired 55 students in its first year and converted seven into longer-term roles. Earlier work at WSIB combined PMO and talent acquisition coordination, using SQL and Tableau to support enterprise change initiatives, reporting, and decision-making.
