What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an IT support or technical support role where I can troubleshoot user and system issues, support Microsoft cloud and identity environments, and keep developing my skills with new software and systems.

I'm currently supporting organizational IT operations at Shortcut AL, diagnosing hardware, software, and network issues while helping users work effectively in Microsoft 365 environments.

I've managed users, groups, permissions, and day-to-day administration across Active Directory, Azure, Microsoft Entra ID, and Intune. I communicate technical solutions clearly to end users and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reliability and user satisfaction.

At Team International, I handled support workflows through AutoTask and Jira, used Datto RMM for script updates and job creation, and provided remote support through TeamViewer. I also supported RingCentral, Intermedia, and Okta-related identity and access management processes.

Alongside IT support, I'm building a practical web development foundation through JavaScript, React, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and Git training.
