What I'm looking for
I am a Real Estate professional with a Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, and I build my day-to-day work with strong cross-industry training. I’ve also acquired a Diploma in Caregiving, a Certificate in Dementia Care, a Certificate of Training in Receptionist, a Certificate in Business Process Management in Healthcare Organization, and a Certificate in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL).
I have over 4 years of cumulative work experience across different organizations, including roles as a Customer Support/ Cashier, Facilities Intern officer, and my current work as an Administration Officer/ PSLE Tutor. In my current role, I keep operations running smoothly by ordering office supplies, maintaining an organized filing system, updating office policies, answering queries by employees and clients, booking meeting rooms, and greeting clients and visitors.
I also support learning outcomes by facilitating Primary School Leaving Examinations (PLSE) classes on both full time and part time, hosting examination preparation seminars, and acquiring final study material for completing learners. Previously, I set, assessed, and monitored tests and examinations, administered syllabus and term schedules to tutors, helped manage learning materials, and maintained record keeping—while my Facilities Intern experience strengthened my facilities management, budgeting, report writing, and recommendation skills.
