What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead strategic marketing, communications, product development, branding, and sales initiatives where research, customer insight, and strong execution can drive measurable business growth.

I've led marketing, product development, advertising, and strategic projects for Sagicor Life Inc. across Barbados and the Eastern Caribbean since 2012. My work includes launching products, managing regional marketing budgets, building sales campaigns, and creating branding and communications that support insurance sales goals.

I've delivered launches for Peace Assured III, the Sagicor Mobile Medical Unit, extended hours initiatives, real estate projects, and Sagicor Finance promotions. I also led website, signage, sales booth, event, and customer-facing collateral projects, including work for Sagicor ONE and Sagicor NOW.

I use market research, competitor analysis, economic reporting, retention strategies, and cross-selling programs to identify opportunities and improve results. A cross-selling initiative for Gilt Edge and Sagicor General generated API of $300,000 in its first two months.

Earlier in my Sagicor career, I supported sales teams, customer service, workflow reviews, process manuals, governance initiatives, testing, and retention programs. I bring experience in insurance, financial products, strategic planning, project management, writing, and regional stakeholder coordination.
