What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a customer-first team where I can resolve complex support issues, share Voice of Customer insights, maintain strong documentation, and partner cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement.

I’m a Customer Support professional with startup experience delivering responsive, high-quality help across email, chat, and customer service platforms. I’m known for resolving complex customer issues with empathy, sound judgment, and clear communication.

In my most recent support role, I served as the primary point of contact for customers using Zendesk in a fast-paced startup environment. I handled complex issues across orders, subscriptions, shipping, product questions, and account management, using de-escalation and active listening to build trust—especially during challenging moments.

I also focus on continuous improvement: I identify recurring Voice of Customer trends and communicate them to Product, Operations, Marketing, and Leadership. I partner cross-functionally to investigate issues, enhance processes, and maintain strong internal knowledge resources to promote consistency and efficiency, including supporting customer communications during a first product recall.

Beyond support, I bring administrative and client-facing experience through my work in continuing education support, Parenting Time Supervision, and Narrative Coach Practitioner training. Across roles, I lead with calm under pressure, strong written communication, and ownership—so customers and stakeholders know they’re heard, understood, and guided to a clear next step.
