What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a customer- and operations-focused role where I can lead support, build reliable systems with tools like Zendesk/Shopify/Notion, and collaborate cross-departmentally to solve problems and improve the customer experience.

I’ve managed end-to-end customer support across email, Instagram DMs, and Zendesk for payments, while also coordinating distribution of physical goods. I build workflows that make ordering and fulfillment smoother, including a Shopify + Printful platform that improved how customers moved through the process.

I’m also a hands-on ops leader—running weekly customer support meetings for remote teams, training all new hires, and handling emotionally sensitive customer emails with the right level of leadership support. Beyond support, I create and maintain Notion dashboards, own administrative projects (including managing a $200,000 alumni project), and coordinate operational details for executives.
