I am a customer-focused Cyber Security graduate with practical experience in customer care and warehouse operations, fluent in English and French. I combine strong communication and problem-solving skills with hands-on experience using CRM and dialer systems to resolve issues efficiently.
In my current role as a Customer Care Advisor I handle inbound and outbound calls and emails about online orders, use systems like Dialer, Flair, and Shugon to manage cases, and escalate complex issues following procedures while maintaining high service standards.
I hold a BSc (Hons) in Cyber Security with coursework in Ethical Hacking, Network Security, and Digital Forensics, and I am progressing on CompTIA Security+.
