What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a long-term career in information security, with the ambition to specialise in Cybersecurity at Royal Holloway. I'm eager to contribute to a forward-thinking organisation while continuing to develop my technical expertise.

At Sedgwick Claims Management, I handle German-language calls and German and English email enquiries, while working with sensitive customer data in line with GDPR. I review evidence, verify identities, and flag inconsistencies or suspected duplicate claims.

I also resolve customer access and authentication issues, coordinate refund payments through Tipalti, and escalate complex or security-sensitive cases to the appropriate teams.

I'm pursuing an Access to Higher Education Diploma in Computing at Waltham Forest College and building practical cybersecurity knowledge through Cisco's Introduction to Cybersecurity and TryHackMe's Pre Security Path. I'm particularly interested in network security, threat detection, and data privacy, with the ambition to specialise in Cybersecurity at Royal Holloway.
