I’m looking to lead customer retention and operations end-to-end—building scalable processes, partnering across teams, and using KPI reporting and customer health metrics to drive measurable growth in a service-first environment.

I’m an Operations, Customer Success, and Program Leadership professional with 10+ years of experience building teams, optimizing processes, and leading cross-functional initiatives across healthcare, technology, nonprofit, and community-focused organizations. I focus on driving customer retention, operational excellence, and stakeholder engagement through strategic planning and service-focused leadership.

Most recently, I directed day-to-day operations for a boutique private-pay home care agency, building operational infrastructure from the ground up. I implemented and optimized CRM, EVV, scheduling, reporting, and billing workflows to improve efficiency and visibility into performance metrics, while also managing client assessments, care planning, and family communication.

Earlier in my career, I led customer outcomes at Insightly by managing and growing a $6.8M B2B client portfolio. I built onboarding and adoption initiatives, used customer health metrics and product usage data to mitigate churn risk, partnered with Product/Engineering/Sales, and trained and mentored 20 account managers—improving adoption and retention and reducing incident callback rates by 12%. I also founded a nonprofit music outreach initiative to enhance quality of life for seniors through live music experiences.
