What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my backend engineering training and customer-facing experience in a role where I can build scalable systems, solve problems, collaborate with stakeholders, and support strong service delivery.

I've supported customers at Safaricom Shop, resolving inquiries and complaints, maintaining sales records, and training new employees in customer service practices.

I also completed ALX's backend engineering program, where I built a social media feed backend with posting, likes, comments, and sharing. My work spans Python, Django, REST, GraphQL, Docker, Kubernetes, Celery, Redis, PostgreSQL, API design, testing, and version control, alongside experience in freelance writing, research, SEO, data entry, and administrative support.
