What I'm looking for

I seek backend roles at mission-driven teams where I can build secure, scalable APIs and systems, grow in DevOps and security practices, and contribute to impactful projects with clear mentorship and career progression.

I am a backend-focused software engineer with a strong grounding in cybersecurity, computer forensics, and systems design, graduating with a Bachelor of Computer Forensics Science. I specialize in building secure, scalable web applications and backend systems using Python, Django, Flask, and modern databases.

My hands-on experience includes internships and volunteer roles where I diagnosed network issues, built full-stack applications, and led backend development for charity and IoT projects. I have delivered projects deployed with hardened security, CI/CD, and production-ready architectures, and achieved national recognition at Enactus Kenya expos.

I bring practical DevOps, networking, and testing skills, and I continuously sharpen backend practices such as API design, performance tuning, and database optimization. I seek to contribute to teams building reliable, secure systems that scale.
