I’m looking for a remote role where I can own operations and customer support—strengthening processes, coordinating vendors and schedules, and partnering across HR and finance to deliver accurate, consistent service.

I’m a results-driven operations and administrative professional with experience supporting business operations, customer relationships, scheduling, financial administration, project coordination, and remote teams.

As Founder & Operations Consultant at Anchor Point Solutions (2025–Present), I manage business operations, procurement activities, vendor coordination, client communications, project tracking, documentation, and financial records.

From 2021–Present at Magic Ears, I deliver remote client support while maintaining documentation, managing scheduling, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer experiences.

Earlier roles—including Remote Operations & Administrative Specialist at Marshane Corporation (2019–2022) and Client Services Coordinator at Mary’s House (2017–2019)—strengthened my accuracy, confidentiality, and process improvement mindset through invoicing, reporting, data entry, and stakeholder communication.
