Remote Operations Manager

As founder and CEO of Incloodie Food Tours, I run every layer of the business: staffing, guide training, vendor and restaurant partnerships, scheduling, pricing, and customer service systems, growing it into a repeat, referral-driven company. I previously built and scaled a junk removal company, managing sales, operations, and a contractor network across Dallas County, plus several years in hotel operations.

I turn loose, undefined operations into repeatable systems: workflows, vendor management, staffing, and customer processes that scale. I work CET-compatible hours and I'm looking for a remote Operations Manager role where I can bring that same builder's instinct to a growing team.
