I'm looking to lead healthcare revenue cycle and AR operations where I can improve reimbursement, reduce aged AR, build automation, develop teams, and deliver measurable financial results.

I lead enterprise credit balance and revenue recovery operations at Med-Metrix for eight multi-state healthcare clients. I oversee a 47-person onshore and offshore team supporting credit resolution, reimbursement analysis, accounts receivable management, and refund operations.

I build KPIs, executive dashboards, and client reporting to improve inventory, aging, recovery rates, quality, turnaround times, and financial performance. I also lead BOT development and RPA initiatives that reduce manual effort and accelerate account resolution.

Previously, I oversaw end-to-end AR operations at Medical Billing & Management Services for a client generating more than $1M in daily claims volume. I led 70+ team members, partnered with clients and executives on revenue cycle strategy, and improved AR performance through denials reduction, workflow improvements, compliance, and reimbursement analysis.
