I'm looking to lead customer success, client relationships, service delivery, and cross-functional initiatives where I can translate customer needs into actionable solutions and improve customer outcomes.

I've managed customer relationships and project communications for 50+ active clients at Foreman Technologies, supporting commercial project scopes exceeding $500K and serving as the liaison among customers, vendors, project teams, and executive leadership.

At Fortress Information Security, I managed communications across approximately 2,000 cybersecurity and compliance assessments for commercial, enterprise, and federal clients. I translated technical findings into business recommendations, risk mitigation strategies, and compliance roadmaps while supporting NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2, and FedRAMP requirements.

I've also led large teams and operational improvement programs at Amazon, Walmart eCommerce, McDonald's, and the United States Army, improving labor utilization, inventory accuracy, workplace safety, sales, and customer experience.
