I’m looking for a role where I can own full-cycle recruiting and HR operations—strengthening compliance, employee relations, and benefits/leave processes—while using HRIS to improve onboarding and retention outcomes.

I’m a people-focused HR professional known for strong communication skills and attention to detail. I bring expertise across full-cycle recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and leave administration.

As a Recruiter with One Hope United, I lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition for multi-site operations, and I achieved a 150% replacement rate of terminated employees for 2025 by streamlining onboarding and offboarding processes. I also administer leave administration processes, coordinating temporary staffing and coverage plans for employees on FMLA and STD leave while ensuring compliance and operational continuity.

I manage onboarding and offboarding from documentation through system access setup, benefits enrollment, and separation procedures. I partner biweekly with HR Business Partners to review employee exits, leaves of absence, workers’ compensation considerations, and staffing impact, and I support employee relations matters by guiding managers and employees through policy interpretation, documentation requirements, and ADA accommodations processes.

I maintain accurate records within HRIS systems (Paycor, UKG/Kronos), track and analyze recruitment metrics, and support performance management discussions and workforce planning initiatives. I also develop and deliver training to new recruiters and hiring managers on compliance, documentation standards, and performance-based hiring practices.
