I’m seeking a remote role focused on training, onboarding, recruiting, or systems optimization—where I can streamline workflows, support digital adoption, and translate complex systems into clear, user-friendly processes and enablement.

I’m a training, systems, and operations professional with 14+ years of experience designing onboarding programs, improving workflows, and supporting digital adoption across education and membership-based organizations.

As a vice president and later Chief Operating Officer / Systems & Operations Lead, I translate complex systems into clear processes, training materials, and user-facing communications, then back it up with practical enablement—content updates, email campaigns, and consistent member-focused messaging.

I’ve led implementation and continuous improvement of digital systems, coached teams on system workflows, resolved technical challenges, and streamlined operations to improve content publishing, campaign execution, data accuracy, and reporting—especially around transportation management workflows.
