Laura Weaver

I'm currently helping Old Navy customers in Reading, Pennsylvania through efficient point-of-sale transactions, product selection, and personable service. I've consistently ranked among the store's top five associates for sales and customer service.

At M.J. Reider Associates, I supported purchasing and receiving from ordering and intake through storage, while training new team members on inventory-control processes. I also improved storage layouts and sample flow to make received products and samples easier to access.

My earlier work at Horizon House included facilitating group therapy sessions, coordinating support with interdisciplinary teams, and managing provisions for a working location. I bring empathy, reliability, and the ability to relate to people across cultures and backgrounds.

Outside of work, I coordinate community outreach, event logistics, and volunteer engagement, including serving as Community and Volunteer Chairperson for my roller derby league. I enjoy cooking, baking, creative makeup, strategy games, video games, and learning foreign languages.
