What I'm looking for

I'm looking to expand my career portfolio by applying the client care, credit counseling, training, and leadership skills I've developed over the past decade.

At Bank of America, I support cardholders through inbound and outbound credit-assistance conversations, researching account histories and identifying repayment options that serve both client needs and long-term company outcomes. I've earned the Client Care Ambassador award multiple times among 62 on-site agents.

Previously, I created training materials and led instruction for new customer-care employees at Truliant Federal Credit Union, while supporting billing, fee, transfer, and account-update issues. My earlier hospitality leadership experience included training, scheduling, payroll tracking, transaction processing, and employee management.
