Set up a corporate L&D offering, including organisational learning needs analysis and a revised staff induction process. Delivered appraisal workshops, introduced a new performance management approach via connected conversations, embedded a management behaviour framework, and managed budgets and an LMS procurement project.

Spearheaded equality, diversity and inclusion strategy delivery, including establishing a disability network and creating an accessible video on reasonable adjustments. Drove continuous improvement by interviewing and assessing staff who completed internal leadership courses for Black and ethnic minority colleagues.

Led an advice and information service for people with long-term health conditions across East Sussex. Managed a team of 12, established community hubs within GP services, and provided outcome-focused reports to key stakeholders and Adult Social Care commissioners.

Implemented a new learning management system to capture reporting and improve regulatory mandatory compliance. Improved compliance by 10% company-wide to achieve a 96% target, and led onboarding and a transformational L&D programme while managing an approx. £1.5M training budget.

Earned a Master's degree in Housing Management from the University of Westminster (2003–2004).

Completed a Bachelor's degree in Social Work & Welfare Studies at the University of Central Lancashire (1996–1999).

Completed the Level 3 Award in Teaching & Learning (formerly PTLLS) at East Sussex College Group in 2015.
