I’m a Learning Product & Content Designer who builds end-to-end learning solutions that connect technical data, user needs, and business goals. With a strong foundation in Occupational Psychology and Agile delivery, I focus on turning complexity into clear, accessible, digital-first experiences.

At Lloyds Banking Group, I’ve led curriculum and content work across multiple roles—designing learner-centric eLearning, partnering on Training Needs Analysis, and improving accessibility and inclusivity. I’ve also served as the technical lead for Workday Learning governance, ensuring quality assurance and operational reliability.

Two projects define my impact: I redesigned a fragmented new starter induction into a cohesive, digital-first journey, reducing onboarding time and improving engagement scores. I also orchestrated a migration to centralise learning data and assets, enabling accurate real-time reporting and reducing time spent searching for materials.

I bring a practical product mindset—using MI reporting and data storytelling to guide decisions, and managing delivery through Agile/Scrum with tools like JIRA and Confluence. Whether mentoring junior designers or aligning stakeholders on vision and roadmap, I’m driven by change, usability, and measurable learning outcomes.
