At Open Education Global, I lead OFAR and manage a $2.1M grant and budget supporting open, antiracist educational resources used internationally.
I’ve led curriculum development, accreditation, faculty development, and assessment at the Jesuit School of Theology at Santa Clara University, serving a globally diverse graduate student body. My work connects equity-centered pedagogy, organizational learning, contemplative studies, and interreligious dialogue.
As Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Dharma Studies, I oversaw peer review, editorial strategy, and publication for a leading scholarly venue.
I also research Hindu contemplative traditions, the transmission of practice across cultural and historical contexts, and the politics of knowledge. My scholarship has been published by Springer, Orbis Books, Bloomsbury, and Routledge and supported by the Fetzer Institute, the GTU Center for Religion and the Arts, and the National Endowment for the Humanities.
