I've supported global merchandising and product operations at Roger Vivier and Louis Vuitton, using performance reporting, assortment management, and cross-functional coordination to help teams make informed decisions across EMEA and worldwide markets.

At Roger Vivier, I analysed worldwide business performance, managed shoe assortment and stock optimisation, and coordinated collection launches with retail, marketing, and digital teams. I also built and maintained reporting tools and product databases for central and local teams.

Previously at Louis Vuitton, I created a weekly product and sales reporting tool used by multiple departments, managed EMEA assortment and allocation, and prepared launch information for European markets. My earlier New York retail experience strengthened my understanding of clienteling, VIP appointments, visual merchandising, and customer journeys.

I'm now developing Master the Merch, a digital merchandising training project with practical frameworks, case studies, and Excel-based performance tools. I'm looking to bring my analytical, operational, and international experience to a remote-first role in digital, operations, or customer experience.
