Kristins Beliakova

I am a Master’s in Management (PGE) student in International Business at EMLV, Paris, bringing 12 years of hands-on experience across digital projects, retail, and entrepreneurship in beauty services and sales. I combine an analytical mindset with practical project management and technology skills to deliver measurable results.

As a digital project manager, I designed and launched an online course simulating Agile workflows for 20 students, ran market and user analysis, sold all places, and led a remote team. In software engineering roles I developed digital platforms focused on user experience and automation, tracked KPIs and helped drive a +16% improvement in customer satisfaction through data-driven optimisations.

As founder and owner of a beauty studio I analysed sales and customer behaviour to reach 90% retention, managed campaign performance to drive traffic and sales, and recruited and trained a team of six. My retail experience includes merchandising, in-store operations and direct sales at Marks & Spencer.

I am eager to contribute as an Assistant Business Analyst in a 4–5 month internship starting April 2026, where I can apply my analytic rigor, cross-functional communication, and retail and product insight to support strategic projects and drive measurable business outcomes.
