Across The Lab – Movement & Sports Medicine, Flair Airlines, Woodbine Casino, and Bramalea City Centre, I've been a trusted frontline contact for customers, patients, and guests. I manage escalations calmly, balance competing priorities, protect confidential information, and communicate clearly in high-pressure environments.
I've also led and developed teams at Great Canadian Entertainment, providing coaching, performance feedback, training, and operational support across shifts. My work is grounded in empathy, sound judgment, ownership, and practical problem solving.
Outside of core operations, I manage social media and event support for Carnival Dynasty / Chaconia Bliss, increasing views from approximately 10.2K to 50.7K. I've also supported participant logistics and on-set coordination for MasterChef US – Season 16.
