I’m looking for a remote role with a distributed team where I can own full-cycle recruitment and structured onboarding, coach performance, and strengthen documentation and compliance practices—while working independently with clear communication and measurable standards.

I’m a detail-oriented Recruiter and Trainer with 5+ years managing full end-to-end hiring cycles, onboarding, and staff development. I bring a 10+ year healthcare career grounded in strict compliance, documentation, and process discipline.

In my current role, I manage recruitment for healthcare support staff end-to-end—sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers. I design and deliver structured onboarding and training that covers procedures, safety standards, and documentation practices.

I evaluate new-hire performance against defined competency benchmarks and provide ongoing coaching while maintaining accurate hiring and training records across tracking systems. My focus on documentation & compliance helps ensure accurate reporting and readiness in remote, deadline-driven environments.
