This is a full-time, remote Executive & Operations Assistant role supporting the Founder & CEO of TBVA, who works as a Chief of Staff and fractional COO across client engagements.

I’d keep inboxes, calendars, task systems, time tracking, invoicing, and day-to-day coordination moving across multiple clients, while also supporting business and personal operations.

The work spans tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Monday.com, Harvest, and QuickBooks Online, as well as meeting follow-up, financial tracking, team coordination, and household logistics.
