What I'm looking for

I am a resourceful healthcare technician and certified nursing assistant with broad experience across GI endoscopy, float-pool, long-term care, and dispatch roles. I deliver patient-centered support, vitals monitoring, phlebotomy, and medication administration while upholding safety and quality standards.

As a GI Technician and float-pool tech, I prepared and maintained endoscopy equipment, assisted physicians during procedures, trained staff, managed scheduling and medical records, and used EPIC for documentation. I also worked as a dispatcher and customer service representative, managing high call volumes, coordinating responses, and applying critical decision-making under pressure.
