Laone Ntime

I am a recent Bachelor of Community Development graduate eager to begin an entry-level role where I can apply my community engagement and advocacy skills to create positive social change.

During my attachment at a district council social and community development department, I performed home assessments, compiled reports for eligibility decisions, contacted clients on outcomes, supported VDC elections, assisted with VDC budgeting, and helped compile a strategic plan.

I have practical experience running community projects such as an adult literacy initiative on saving money, conducting research to inform interventions, and using Microsoft Office to prepare reports and presentations; I also gained customer-service and retail experience as a cashier and shop assistant.

I bring strong communication, interpersonal, mediation and project management skills, a Class B driver's license, and a Ready-to-Work certificate; I am motivated to learn on the job and support underserved communities through hands-on program delivery.
