Emmah Bagwasi

I am a community development professional with hands-on experience in case management, community mobilization, and project implementation. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Community Development and have worked across district government and non-profit settings to support vulnerable populations.

In my most recent role as a Case Management Officer, I developed individualized care plans for orphans and vulnerable children, conducted assessments of physical, emotional and social needs, and coordinated with caregivers and multidisciplinary professionals to improve wellbeing.

Previously, as a Community Development Officer with the Mahalapye District Council, I led community needs assessments, facilitated workshops and capacity-building initiatives, and partnered with government agencies and NGOs to design and implement local projects that increase resident participation and social welfare.

I bring strong communication, report-writing and project management skills, cultural competence, and a commitment to empowering communities through sustainable, participatory approaches. I seek roles where I can continue to build partnerships and deliver measurable social impact.
