One Phomolo Kobue

I am a Community Development graduate with hands-on experience in community mobilization, needs assessments, and program implementation. I bring strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills honed during academic attachments and temporary assignments.

During my attachment at Tlokweng District Council I supported planning and execution of initiatives, conducted needs assessments, mobilized communities, and assisted with report preparation and stakeholder communication. I also completed a short-term assignment with the Botswana Examinations Council providing examination support while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

I am proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experienced in data collection, report writing, and providing administrative and clerical support. Colleagues and supervisors have noted my commitment, reliability, and willingness to go the extra mile.

I am currently working on obtaining a driver’s license, fluent in written and spoken English, and available immediately to contribute to impactful community development work with a focus on youth, women, and vulnerable groups.
