At Spirit Airlines, I led the redesign and project management of 54 annual FAA certification courses supporting more than 4,800 pilots. I coordinated content development and stakeholder reviews to improve the scale and consistency of compliance training.

I also developed distance-learning programs, created eLearning content with Articulate Storyline, and produced training videos using Camtasia. At CDK Global,(formally ADP), I planned scenario-based eLearning and developed user and technical training for Dealer Management System software.
