I am an experienced Instructional Designer with a proven track record of leading and collaborating with individuals at all levels. My expertise lies in developing and delivering various learning solutions that thrive in fast-paced environments. I hold a Master of Science in Instructional Design and Development from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences from the University of South Alabama.

Throughout my career, I have successfully managed multiple global training program launches, ensuring alignment with business objectives. My role at Equinix as a Senior Specialist involves collaborating with stakeholders to identify training needs, proposing effective solutions, and evaluating the impact of training programs.
