At Youth On Record, I served 210+ students weekly across six school partnerships, managed a $36,000 budget, and helped 75% of off-track Aurora West participants exit remedial programming by Year 2. I translate organizational strategy into practical frameworks, KPIs, curriculum, partner alignment, and board-ready reporting.
