What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead with a balanced approach—program excellence, compliance, fiscal responsibility, and equitable community engagement—while building partnerships and using accountable systems to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes for youth and communities.

I pride myself on having a strategic and community-centered mindset, and I demonstrate leadership through extensive experience developing/overseeing programs, developing staff, and strengthening organizational culture within youth and athletic environments. I’m recognized for building cross-functional partnerships, implementing accountable operational systems, and mentoring emerging leaders to drive relatable outcomes while aligning recreational, educational, and community initiatives with agency priorities and long-term strategic objectives.

In my current Community Mobilizer role, I conduct focus groups, trainings, and culturally competent outreach to engage youth and core group members, while advocating for positive social change by building trusting relationships with community leaders, MPD, and organizations. Previously, as Director of Global Children’s Center, I oversaw before/aftercare operations, managed staff of 10 and a program of 60+ kids, and handled financial transactions and accurate invoicing with precision—values I bring forward through balanced leadership, compliance, fiscal responsibility, and equitable community engagement.
