What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead and scale education, workforce development, mentorship, or community-based programs where strong partnerships, professional learning, and data-informed improvement expand opportunity for students and educators.

I've led education, workforce development, and community-based initiatives across CitySchools Collaborative, Chesapeake Bay Foundation, Early BYRD, and the Center for Black Educator Development. My work brings together schools, civic organizations, educators, families, and funders to turn program strategy into high-quality implementation.

I've built partnerships serving 275,000+ students and 30,000+ educators, launched a Tutor-to-Teacher pipeline for 120 emerging educators and 30 mentors, and supported $3M+ in grant-funded programming. I use participant feedback, implementation data, and collaborative learning to strengthen mentor engagement, educator practice, and sustainable program growth.
