I’m looking for a full-time remote role where I can lead digital transformation, BPMN/EPC process redesign, and enterprise architecture work with a globally distributed team—bringing automation and AI readiness through clear roadmaps and strong stakeholder alignment.

I’m a Business Process & Digital Transformation Consultant with 10+ years across consulting and industry. I help organizations document, analyze, and redesign processes using BPMN 2.0 and EPC, then prepare operations for automation and AI adoption.

Across my engagements, I’ve mapped 1500+ processes and facilitated 100+ stakeholder workshops, delivering 15+ engagements across eight sectors. I build reusable frameworks and implementation roadmaps that align business, technology, and vendor stakeholders—so transformation programs land on-time and on-quality.

Hands-on with leading EA/BPM platforms, I combine TOGAF and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt capabilities with deep gap analysis and Delegation of Authority design.
