Led digital transformation and process improvement engagements for government, semi-government, and smart-city clients across the UAE and Saudi Arabia. Conducted current-state assessments, designed target operating models, facilitated executive and working workshops, and developed implementation roadmaps.

Designed and mapped business processes at scale using BPMN and EPC notation across multiple industry sectors. Implemented EA/BPM platform governance and modeling conventions and delivered multi-workstream projects aligned to stakeholder needs.

Designed and implemented HR process workflows for multi-industry client organizations, including recruitment, performance management, and payroll. Developed organizational structures and job architectures and coached in-house HR teams through implementation.

Led implementation and customization of Heartcount, an AI-powered employee-listening tool, and managed employee relations improvements from field visits and exit interviews. Managed end-to-end recruitment cycles, internship programs, and employer-branding events.

Co-founded Hayda Baytak and served as a board member. Co-organized events and coordinated volunteer onboarding across committees.

Developed HR policies and built KPI and job-description frameworks. Oversaw performance appraisal system development and implementation.

Earned a B.A. in Work & Organizational Psychology from Saint Joseph University in Beirut.

Completed the French Baccalaureate with a Literature focus at Collège des Soeurs des Saints-Coeurs (Sioufi).
