I'm looking to lead people strategy, workforce planning, HR transformation, and change programmes in a cross-cultural organisation where I can partner with senior leaders and deliver measurable business outcomes.

I'm currently partnering with the Business Head at Tangent Landscape & Architecture across UAE and India, translating company vision into HR policies, workforce plans, talent systems, and performance initiatives. I've also managed compensation, benefits, payroll, compliance, and HR analytics to improve productivity and training effectiveness.

Across Crescent Petroleum, Ernst & Young, KYtech Solutions, Beyout Investment Group, and Dentsply Sirona, I've led workforce realignment, SAP SuccessFactors recruitment, HR system implementations, change programmes, and cross-border people strategy. I bring 15+ years of experience supporting senior leadership across the UAE, Kuwait, India, and Oman, with a focus on practical HR transformation and measurable business outcomes.
