At Connect IO IT Pvt. Ltd., I implement and support ServiceNow Discovery, CMDB, and MID Servers for enterprise infrastructure. I onboard SNMP, SSH, WMI, and vCenter discoveries and troubleshoot IRE, CI identification, and Discovery failures.
I also developed ITSM enhancements with Business Rules, Script Includes, and Flow Designer, and built REST API integrations and automated workflows. I implemented ServiceNow ACC for agent-based discovery and CMDB population.
Previously at Ripton Solutions, I customized Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog modules and supported CMDB, Discovery, Event, and Alert Management. Across my work, I delivered 50+ ServiceNow customizations with zero post-deployment issues and improved CMDB data accuracy by addressing duplicate CIs and CMDB Health.
