At Y Axis Solutions, I led a five-member recruitment team and managed end-to-end international hiring—from sourcing and screening through contracting, onboarding, housing coordination, and first working day. I partnered with Account Managers and clients to turn workforce requirements into targeted candidate strategies and successful placements.

At ADP, I processed global client payroll through SAP HCM Global View, handling payroll inputs, time evaluation, attendance, quotas, HR master data, reconciliations, bank and GL files, and statutory reporting.

I've also supported payroll and workforce administration for 300+ employees and contractors, as well as payroll and attendance operations for workforces of 100+ and 500+ employees. I bring a practical, service-focused approach to candidate experience, employee lifecycle support, compliance, documentation, and stakeholder delivery.
