I've built and transformed talent acquisition organizations for venture-backed startups and multinational companies, scaling workforces from 200 to 1,600+ employees across technology, product, sales, operations, and corporate functions.

At Persist Brands, I built the Talent Acquisition function for US expansion, partnering with executive leadership on workforce strategy and establishing recruiting operations across marketing, product, technology, operations, and corporate teams. I also developed executive dashboards for hiring velocity, pipeline health, quality-of-hire, and recruiting effectiveness.

At JSW One Platforms and Infra.Market, I led recruiting organizations of 12 and 20 members while supporting rapid growth from 200 to 1,200+ employees and from 400 to 1,600+ employees. I partnered directly with CEOs and COOs on executive hiring, workforce planning, employer branding, recruiting analytics, and technology implementation.

Earlier, I built shared-services, R&D, manufacturing, and medical-device operations at Indorama Ventures and Clariant, including 250 hires in one year for a new Global Shared Services Center. I bring hands-on experience in global hiring, executive search, recruiting operations, ATS implementation, talent marketing, and data-driven workforce planning.
